All jewelry pieces are HANDMADE. Each item is made to order, hand forged, shaped, hammered, polished and assembled with lots of Aloha. No two pieces are completely alike.
Because of this, each jewelry item is considered a custom order item. Custom order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. So please, measure carefully. If you find yourself “undecided” on the appropriate size or unsure of how to measure, please give me a telephone call. As your personal jewelry designer, it is very important that you are happy! NOTE: I do offer “resizing” at a starting fee of $20.00 plus shipping.
Jewelry items will be created and sent out within 6 weeks after your order has been placed and payment has been received. Please note the 6 weeks does not include shipping time. Domestic orders are shipped via FREE USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days delivery). If you need an item ASAP or for express shipping, contact me prior to placing your order to discuss your needs and situation. FREE USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING for all US orders.
Hawaii Residents Only: Tax will be applied to Hawaii internet sales.
